1. What we collect
We receive information you provide through product questions and support requests, such as your name, email address, and message. Payment details are collected and processed by Polar and its payment providers; EDITCRAFT does not store full card details.
When you use My Library, we process the verified account email, authentication identifiers, purchase and entitlement records, download timestamps, file identifiers, and a limited user-agent log used for security and support.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver purchased digital products and customer support.
- To answer pre-sale questions and manage license requests.
- To prevent fraud, protect the service, and meet legal duties.
- To improve product documentation and the customer experience.
3. Service providers
We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for database and asset storage and authentication, and Polar for checkout, tax handling, payment processing, receipts, and order events. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and applicable data-protection obligations.
4. Retention
We retain support, transaction, entitlement, and download records only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain lifetime access, enforce licenses, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy accounting or legal requirements.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data. Some records may need to be retained when required by law.
