2. Digital products
EDITCRAFT products are downloadable digital files and related digital benefits. No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment, access is granted to My Library for the verified email supplied at checkout.
3. License grant
A purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable commercial license to use and modify the files within the usage limits shown on the purchased product page.
- The buyer and direct editing collaborators may use the files to create finished thumbnails for channels the buyer owns or manages.
- Editable source files may be shared only with collaborators who need them for the buyer's licensed work and remain subject to these terms.
4. Permitted use
You may edit the files and publish an unlimited number of finished thumbnails within your license scope. Finished thumbnails may be used commercially for the licensed channels.
5. Prohibited use
- Reselling, sharing, sublicensing, or redistributing editable source files.
- Uploading the files to marketplaces, public drives, template libraries, or AI-training datasets.
- Claiming the unmodified template system as your own product or intellectual property.
- Allowing collaborators to reuse the source system for unrelated customers, channels, or their own template libraries.
6. Results and warranties
Thumbnail performance depends on factors including topic, audience, title, content quality, timing, and platform distribution. EDITCRAFT does not guarantee views, click-through rate, revenue, or channel growth. Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
7. Payments and taxes
Checkout is processed by Polar as merchant of record. The amount, currency, tax, and payment terms displayed during checkout control the transaction.
8. Intellectual property
EDITCRAFT retains all rights not expressly granted in these terms. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source system.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
