2. Digital products
EDITCRAFT products are downloadable digital files and related digital benefits. No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment, access is granted to My Library for the verified email supplied at checkout.
3. License grant
A purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and modify the files within the limits of the tier recorded on the buyer's order.
- Starter License: 28-template Starter pack; One individual user; One YouTube channel you own or directly operate. Client work is not included.
- Creator License: All 122 templates; One individual user; Up to three YouTube channels you own or directly operate. Client work is not included.
- Studio License: All 122 templates and the hook-copy workflow; One purchasing business and its supervised production team; Unlimited owned, directly operated, and client channels. Client work is included.
4. Permitted use
You may edit the files and publish an unlimited number of finished thumbnails within your license scope. Finished thumbnails may be used commercially and monetized on licensed channels. Only Studio buyers may deliver finished thumbnails for client channels; clients never receive editable source files.
5. Prohibited use
- Editable source files may never be resold, shared, redistributed, sublicensed, transferred to a client, or used to create a competing template product.
- Using Starter or Creator for paid client work or for channels outside the purchased tier's limit.
- Uploading the files to marketplaces, public drives, template libraries, or AI-training datasets.
- Claiming the unmodified template system as your own product or intellectual property.
- Allowing another person or organization to access, copy, reuse, or modify the source system for resale or for its own template library.
6. Results and warranties
Thumbnail performance depends on factors including topic, audience, title, content quality, timing, and platform distribution. EDITCRAFT does not guarantee views, click-through rate, revenue, or channel growth. Products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
7. Payments and taxes
Checkout is processed by Paddle as merchant of record. The amount, currency, tax, and payment terms displayed during checkout control the transaction.
8. Intellectual property
EDITCRAFT retains all rights not expressly granted in these terms. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source system.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
